We are docu tools.

Our foundation? Experience meets digital innovation.

Building practice since 2009: CEO Maximilian Allmayer-Beck and CTO Alexander Partsch took over docu tools in 2020, restructured the company and led it to success. Today, we are a team of 17 employees - independent, without external investors, but with a full focus on our customers.

We bring structure to chaos.

Construction projects are a biotope of diversity. When trades, teams, languages and plans come together, chaos is often just a hand movement away. docu tools is the bridge between planning and implementation. We ensure that tasks, defects and progress are comprehensibly documented and successfully completed.

Reduced to the essentials.

We are consciously focusing on the organic growth of our core function: digital construction documentation. Our goal: a practical solution that really supports construction professionals - without frills, but with a full focus on the essentials.

Our mission? Successful construction projects

We believe that technology should not be an obstacle, but a tool. Intuitive, efficient and accessible to everyone who has responsibility on construction sites. We work on this with joy and commitment, every day anew.
